What You Will Do

What You Will Need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and/or leadership in an entrepreneurial environment

The Buyer Agent is a goal-oriented, relationship-driven individual who loves making connections and guiding our clients through one of the largest financial decisions of their life. This person will be responsible for converting prospective home buyers into lifetime clients through skillful consultation, identifying homes that match their ideal criteria, and negotiating the purchase of their next home.



What You Will Do
  • Assess clients' wants and needs through a consultative process
  • Show clients homes that meet clients' criteria
  • Provide thorough real estate expertise
  • Negotiate real estate purchase transactions
  • Scrub existing database through research, re-engagement, upkeep, and follow up
  • Implement, develop, and manage database and follow up systems
  • Accurately track and report productivity and key metrics

The Transaction Coordinator is a talented and highly capable individual responsible for building exceptional relationships with our clients and facilitating their home purchase and/or sale. Additionally, the Transaction Coordinator is a key member of the Transaction Team and works to improve and optimize team systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.




What You Will Do
  • Prepare detailed real estate contracts, agency agreements, addenda, and amendments under supervision
  • Maintain and update client files, profiles, and projects in various tools
  • Coordinate all aspects of multiple simultaneous real estate transactions involving numerous parties, including lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, clients, and other agents
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and improvement of various systems including process documentation, project management, internal communication, client relationship management, document storage, tracking and analytics

The role is composed of two primary sets of responsibilities:

  • Take primary ownership of client relationships during a transaction and ensure that the transaction runs smoothly to closing and that the client's goals and expectations are met
  • Interface with the Operations department and entire team to build, implement, adopt, and refine various systems
