Katy is a buyer’s agent with The Simone Group of Keller Williams. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Psychology and spent her first few years working in childcare and event planning before starting a career in real estate. Katy has a passion for helping others and prides herself in her enthusiasm and commitment to getting homebuyers into their dream home.

Originally from North Carolina, Katy moved around for the majority of her life which provided her extensive experience with different places and people, as well strong sense of patience and adaptability. Katy currently lives in downtown Towson with her husband and spends her free time hiking, traveling and curling up with a book and cup of coffee.
